Station diverts

> Divert all calls to a station

Press the Scroll Down key (

) until

‘Station divert’ is displayed.

Select ‘Station divert’

Select ‘Divert all calls’

Select the station (to divert internally), or

Dial ‘0’ and the target external number

(to divert externally) or

Press ‘Divert to voice mail’ (to divert to

the station’s voicemail box)

Note: You must have 2 lines available to

divert externally

> To cancel ‘Divert all calls’

Select ‘Cancel divert’

> Divert calls when your station is busy

Press the Scroll Down key (

) until

‘Station divert’ is displayed.

Select ‘Station divert’

Select ‘Divert when busy’

Select the station (to divert internally), or

Dial ‘0’ and the target external number

(to divert externally) or

Press ‘Divert to voicemail’ (to divert to

the station’s voicemail box)

Note: You must have 2 lines available to

divert externally

> To cancel ‘Station divert on

no answer’

Press the Scroll Down key (

) until

‘Station divert’ is displayed

Select ‘Station divert’

Select ‘Divert on no answer’

Answering machine

> Retrieve messages from the

answering machine

Select ‘Ans/Machine messages’

Select ‘Answering machine’ or dial 9.

You will be prompted to

Enter the Password (1111 in default),

followed by #

Select ‘Play’

Note: In default, all incoming calls are

‘divert on no answer’ to the answering

machine (see Line diverts on Page 6 if

you want to change this setting)

> Change the answering machine

Password

Press the ‘Message’ key

Dial 9 for the answering machine

Enter the existing password, (default is

1111), followed by #

Press the Scroll Down key (

)

Select ‘Change password’ and

Enter your new password (up to 8 digits

long - e.g. 12341234)

Select ‘Confirm’
